Redwood City, Calif. (PRWeb) March 11, 2008 -- Between the Cleavage today announced its jewelry collections are now featured at GALLERY 2611. Crickette Brown Glad, owner and designer of Between the Cleavage, launched her business in May 2000 featuring handmade jewelry with semi-precious stones, pearls, lampwork beads and crystals. Brown Glad travels the globe for rare beads, clasps and embellishments and combines them by hand to create durable and stunning works of art.
According to Brown Glad, GALLERY 2611 is a juried gallery and artists must pass a critique and impress a minimum of three of the gallery's partners. The gallery will feature three Between the Cleavage lines including Coral Fables, Glass Candy Bracelets and Metamorphosis Necklaces. Pieces from the collection are available for purchase at the gallery and retail from $100 - $360.
"I'm absolutely delighted to be featured at GALLERY 2611 - a high-quality art gallery featuring exciting and talented artists selling their work," said Brown Glad. "The partners and artists are actively engaged in promoting the gallery through artists walks, open houses and their upcoming one year anniversary celebration."
Brown Glad launched Between the Cleavage out of her home in San Mateo and her pieces have been featured in national fashion magazines including the Spring 2008 issue of TEEN Magazine. A self-named connoisseur of color, Brown Glad gathers inspiration from fabrics, nature, photographs and every day life. Her creation process involves brainstorming with beads on a white paper towel until the color combination perfectly suits her eye.
